Bookings
For an online appointment request we process your name, phone, email only if provided, selected treatment, date and time. We use this information to receive, confirm, organise or change the appointment. The form does not ask for health information.
Gift vouchers
For a voucher request we process the requester name, phone and email, recipient name, personal message, selected services, preferred date and collection details. We use them to prepare, take payment at the studio, issue, collect and track the voucher.
Email messages
We send confirmations, instructions and reminders required for the requested service. We do not send marketing messages without separate consent.
Basis and recipients
Processing is needed to act on your request, deliver the service and support our legitimate interest in operating a secure system. Authorised Alpha Beauty staff and hosting or email providers receive access only where necessary.
Retention
Information is reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for service, dispute defence or a legal obligation. Paid or redeemed voucher information may be retained for applicable accounting and legal-defence periods.
Your rights
You may have rights of information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
