Request and issue
The website form creates a request, not a valid voucher. Alpha Beauty contacts the requester to confirm the content, payment and collection. A voucher is valid only after payment and after the studio marks it as issued.
Payment and collection
The website does not take online payments. Payment and collection take place at Alpha Beauty after confirmation by the studio. Printing and the envelope do not carry an extra charge.
Validity and appointments
An open-date voucher is valid for six months from the request date shown on it. Appointments must be arranged in advance and depend on availability and working hours. A preferred date entered in the form is not a guaranteed appointment until Alpha Beauty confirms it.
Services and value
The voucher applies to the treatments and value written on it. Prices are snapshotted with the request. Any service substitution, price difference or other change must be agreed with the studio before the visit.
Transfer, loss and refunds
Contact Alpha Beauty if a correction, replacement or change is needed. Refund and reissue requests are considered according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law. A voucher marked as redeemed cannot be used again.
