Booking request and confirmation
The online form sends an appointment request. An appointment is confirmed when you receive confirmation from Alpha Beauty or the salon contacts you. The salon may offer another available time if the selected one is no longer available.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a visit, please contact the salon on the stated phone number as early as possible. This helps make the appointment available to another client.
Late arrival and no-show
If you arrive late, a treatment may need to be shortened or moved when necessary to avoid affecting following clients.
Prices and payment
Displayed prices are guidance for the relevant treatment and can be confirmed with the salon before your visit. The website does not take online payments and the request itself does not create a payment obligation.
Email notifications
If you voluntarily provide an email address and tick the relevant option, we may send appointment confirmation and reminders. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
